S.A. Composites has assembled a comprehensive quality assurance program that guarantees to satisfy all of the composite material requirements of its customers. Once a customer's part has been developed, S.A. Composites implements ISO 9001 level processes to ensure that high quality composite products are consistently produced. SAC has implemented in-process controls and process improvements that keep composite parts on track throughout the manufacturing cycle. This quality system includes operator qualifications, precise process instructions, corrective action processes, statistical process controls, metrology (proper calibration of equipment), document control, and preventative maintenance.
